*Cancelation: When cancelling more than 4 weeks before the beginning of the stay, 50% of the advance payment is refunded. When cancelling 4 weeks and less before the beginning of the stay, the advance payment is non-refundable. Based on the agreement with the owner and availability of the capacity, the dates of the stay can be rescheduled. When cancelling Easter, Christmas and New-Year’s Eve stays, the advance payment is non-refundable.
