Hiking
Velka Fatra mountains offer numerous hiking paths of different difficulty. Make a short walk in the surrounding nature or set out on a day-long trip.
Skiing
Ski from the slope directly to the lodge! Liptovo is located close to the popular ski resort Malino Brdo. The combined lenght of its pistes is 12 km, with the longest one of 3,9 km. The area is also known for its ideal conditions for snowboarding, cross-country skiing and ski mountaineering.
Biking
The suroounding woods are ideal for mountain biking. Moreover, one of the biggest bike-parks in Slovakia, as well as bike rental are located right in Hrabovo. Use the cable car to get on the top of the Malino Brdo hill and enjoy an adrenaline ride.
Ice-skating
In winter, a small water pond in Hrabovo changes into a skating ground ideal for couples and families.
Water
Raft on a river with your friends and float under the monumental castle of Strecno. The biggest artificial reservoir in Slovakia, Liptovska Mara, is an ideal place for swimming, water scooters, wakeboarding or fishing.
